Intelligent Video Surveillance and Control (iVSC)

Automatic License Plate Recognition (ALPR)

With state of the art video technology this application automatically captures an image of every license plate in view, processes it using Optical Character Recognition (OCR) engine, and compares the plate number against a violations data base or “hot list.” If there is a matching number or “hit,” the software notifies the officer providing details such as make, model and color of the vehicle, along with the type of violation.

Mobile Video Enforcer (MVE)
